Brunch & Brushes Benefiting Glenn Wooten

April 19th, 2026, 11am - 2pm

Join us for this special collaboration fundraising event with Gathered Night In and DC Prime! Our mission is to raise funds for Blood Cancer United to fight against Leukemia and Lymphoma. Food and beverages will be available. 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the Blood Cancer United organization. Your instructor will guide you through step-by-step directions to paint your customized picture. Your ticket includes all the materials needed.

MAHJ WIVES: A Mob-Wife Themed Mahjong Fundraiser Benefiting Mary Herbert

April 23, 2026, 6pm - 9pm

Grab your fur/faux fur, animal print, and big hair, and join us for a night of mahjong on April 23, 2026, 6-9pm at Table Talk Restaurant (1623 Duke St, Alexandria, VA 22314). 

Whether you're a pro or just curious, come play, mingle, and make a difference. Wear your most unhinged mob-wife inspired fits - or just show up as yourself. Bring your 2025 Mahjong Cards if you have them! All net proceeds go directly to Blood Cancer United - we have a goal of raising $10k at this event to contribute to our team goal of $100,000! Open Studio Art Session Benefiting Mary Herbert

May 16, 2026, 10:30am - 12pm

Join us for an open studio session with Hooray Art (7908 Fort Hunt Rd, Alexandria, VA 22308) on May 16 at 10:30am. The event is open to all ages (toddlers through tweens) and is $40 per child. Proceeds from the class will be donated to Blood Cancer United in support of Mary Herbert's fundraising campaign. 

Open Studio is an opportunity for families to drop in and explore our studio together. You can paint, create with a selection of materials at the art tables, and rotate through open play with studio features like the light lab, playdough table, and sensory bins. Come and go as you please between the time slot. This is a great way to come check out our studio vibes and enjoy a creative morning with your child. Parent/caregiver participation is required for this class.
