On April 4, 2024, a few weeks after her 5th birthday, Jenna was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. She caught strep throat in mid-March and seemed to be struggling to recover. An ER trip for lethargy and extreme paleness changed her life.

The leukemia had depleted every component of Jenna's blood; it had taken over. The oncology team at Arkansas Children's humped into action. A part was placed, and Jenna received her first chemo treatment on April 5th. So far, Jennas has been very responsive to treatment but still has a long road ahead. She brings smiles to the faces of her care team with her sweet personality and expressive faces.

Jenna is a HUGE Bluey fan! She also loves unicorns, kitties, Rapunzel, and trips to Build-A-Bear to make new animals!
