The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Presents
VISIONARIES OF THE YEAR
Visionaries of the Year is a philanthropic competition for leaders in local communities across the United States. Candidates and their team members raise funds for LLS in honor of local blood cancer survivors, our Honored Heroes. The title "Visionary of the Year" is awarded to the candidate whose team raises the most funds within their local community. The top Visionaries of the Year candidate in the country is awarded with the national title. As part of their journey, candidates and their teams will also choose a pillar of LLS’s mission – Research, Patient Education & Support, or Advocacy - to champion on as they raise money.

Congratulations to our 2024 Jacksonville Visionaries of the Year! Candidate teams collectively raised $410,753! Thank you to our candidates, team members, parents, guardians, and supporters. Your efforts are bringing us closer to a world without blood cancer!
Congratulations to the Jacksonville Visionary of the Year, Maria Madaffari and Jacksonville Visionary of the Year Runner Up, Lauren Lee!
