Through our Visionaries of the Year campaign, we are excited to recognize community leaders for being what we need most, visionaries. Visionaries of the Year is a philanthropic competition for highly motivated community leaders. Candidates and their team members raise funds in honor of local blood cancer survivors, our Honored Heroes. The title "Visionary of the Year" is awarded to the candidate whose team raises the most funds within their local community. The top Visionaries of the Year candidate in the country is awarded the national ‘Visionary of the Year’ title. As part of their journey, candidates and their teams will also choose a pillar of our organization’s mission – Research, Patient Education Support, or Advocacy - to champion as they raise money.
